tim allen was a dope pusher arrested he ratted on his ‘employees’ they went to jail because of his testimony and he got off scot free because of a deal he made with the prosecutor

In the episode, Al says to Tim, “How hard could it be to tell bad jokes and screw up everything???” meaning hosting Tool Time. So Tim let him host the show. Once.
